Procedure: Try opening your eyes wide making sure that the brows are not wrinkled. Focus at one point in a distance and hold this position for 10 seconds and release. Repeat this for four times.

Procedure: Sit down and smile as wide as you can. Now, try putting index and middle fingers of both the hands on the cheeks and try to pull your cheeks upward towards your eyes. Hold this for few seconds and release. Repeat this for 5 minutes.

Procedure: Fill air in your mouth and close your mouth. Now try pushing the air from one part to another as if you would do while using a mouthwash. Now continue this for few minutes and then relax. Repeat this few times.
